8:30 am Hair and Makeup for Ladies starts at the Sandpearl Resort.

  • Sand pearl Resort - 500 Mandalay Ave, Clearwater Beach, FL 33767

  • Suite 100 or Suite 123 (room number will be provided to you)

12:00 pm Meet up, Suit up for the men.

2:00 pm Pictures with the Wedding Party and Immediate Family (in wedding procession) at the SandPearl

  • Sand pearl Resort Lobby - 500 Mandalay Ave, Clearwater Beach, FL 33767

3:00 pm Limo Service from the SandPearl to the Yacht StarShip for the Wedding Party and Immediate Family (in wedding procession)

4:00 pm Boarding Begins for all guests at the yacht StarShip IV

Provide ID to Board the Yacht!

4:30 pm Yacht StarShip IV Departs

9:00 pm Yacht StarShip IV Returns to dock but continues to entertain until 10:00pm.

10:00 pm Yacht StarShip IV’s Voyage Ends

10:00 pm - 1:30 am Optional, Limo Service to Sheppard’s Beach Resort, Tiki Beach Bar

12:00 am - 2:30am Optional, Wave, at Sheppard’s Beach Resort

  • Any wedding party + guests (16) can utilize the bus / limo service to take them to their desired hotel if not otherwise in use. We have access to bus / limo service from 3 pm - 3 am in clearwater beach.
